THE BONKERS BRIDESMAIDS TAKE OVER THE SHOOT AT WYNYARD HALL!

Vicky and Michaels wedding at Wynyard Hall was a great day for their closest family and friends and this lovely young couple had the time of their lives surrounded by love and happiness.
I first bumped into them at one of their friend's weddings at Chester le Street and Rickleton in the north east of England. Charlotte and Graeme chose me to be their wedding photographer for their beautiful marquee wedding, and shortly after Vicky and Michael made contact, impressed with the way that their friends were able to get on with a great day of celebration without their day being spoilt by interuptions for 'official photographs'.
They saw that I don't stop the celebrations, I won't take them away for hours on end, that I won't 'make' them have 'cheesy' photographs .. just keep everything natural and flowing and let the day take its course. 
So, I dashed over to Vicky's Mums house early morning to catch the girls getting ready, all chilled and full of smiles and laughter as their hair was completed and the make-up completed, it was lovely to meet with her parents and re-assure them that they were going to have a great day and that I would make a great documentary record of their wonderful day.
Vicky's bridesmaids were a lively, bonkers lot which always adds to the fun of the day - they were obviously very close, with one having flown in from Florida especially for the wedding.
Luckily, all the bridesmaids had the same size feet too - so shoes were not a problem in the planning, and with elegant purple dresses to match the shoes, they looked just lovely.
Vicky's beautiful wedding dress was soon on and her Mum popped in for look before heading to Wynyard Hall just before Dad saw Vicky in the dress and there were tears all round!
Time was moving on quickly, so I told the girls I would catch up with their photographs at Wynyard Hall and I was was off to meet with Michael and Graeme and their friends as they gathered at Wynyard Hall Country House Hotel Chapel.
Michael was cool, calm and very chatty - reports that got back to 'the girls' when they were getting ready that he missed his cooked breakfast, turned out just to be a rumour ... so I was told!
Vicky and her attendents arrived in two cars - with her Dad driving one of them, and after a few quick happy photographs it was time to get married.
The vicar  was new to Wynyard Hall and was a jovial chap, he also presented the bride and groom with a nice bottle of wine at the end too, which I thought was a nice touch!
So, off into the sunshine, plenty of back-slapping, kisses and cuddles and strong firm handshakes from the chaps with  time-out for a confetti shot so that everyone with cameras could get a great photograph and the ladies had a chance to throw their confetti
It was rather windy and quite cool, so we decidd to head into the statue gallery for drinks, and in fact the wind got a lot worse before it got better, but we manages to get outside later that evening for people to stretch their legs and get some fresh air after the speeches!
While we were outside, Vicky's lovely bridesmaids, who by then were even more bonkers after a few glasses of champagne, so we got rather carried away with some group shots .. ha!  We did have fun!
Time for the cake cutting, first dance to the band Hip Operation, then I went around parents thanking them for their hospitality and wedding breakfast before wishing Vicky and Michael a great time on honeymoon in Egypt.
